The Teaching Staff

This facility is directed by Mrs. Fatima Payan whose enthusiasm, expertise, and success have been already proven through the years.

Mrs. Payan is a Montessori Preschool and Elementary teacher, certified by the American Montessori Society (AMS).

Mrs. Payan speaks French and Spanish and holds a Master's Degree in Montessori Elementary Education from Barry University and a Master's Degree in Sociology from University of Jussieu, Paris (France). She is also an accredited child care facility administrator.

Mrs. Payan has been teaching both preschool and elementary Montessori education since 1989. She also served as professor adjunct at Barry University in the Montessori program.

The Supporting Staff

Mrs. Payan will be supported by a teacher assistant at all times. The teacher assistant has completed the required Child Care training.
